Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Showroom & Field Sales Executive to serve as the face of our brand. This is a dual-impact role designed for a professional who can transition seamlessly from providing luxury-level service to walk-in clients to hunting for high-volume opportunities in the field.
Your mission is to drive revenue through multiple channels—converting showroom foot traffic, closing bulk deals with corporate entities (hotels, offices, estates), and leveraging digital tools to maintain a warm lead pipeline. Requirements:
1. Multi-Channel Revenue Generation
Showroom Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, providing expert product knowledge and a "premium" buying experience.
Aggressive Field Prospecting: Conduct active field marketing to identify and onboard corporate clients, including hotels, real estate developers, and corporate offices.
Bulk & Wholesale Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and close large-scale wholesale opportunities to drive significant monthly volume.
2. Digital Pipeline & Lead Management
Active Lead Nurturing: Maintain a high-touch follow-up system via WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and phone calls to ensure no lead "goes cold."
Social Sales Support: Provide basic content support by capturing simple product photos and customer success updates to maintain brand visibility.
Target Accountability: Take full ownership of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through consistent activity and strategic closing.
3. Operational Coordination
Factory Liaison: Coordinate directly with the production/factory teams to ensure product availability and lead-time accuracy for large orders.
Reporting & Integrity: Maintain professional punctuality and provide regular updates to management regarding market feedback and pipeline health.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Graduate (HND or BSc) in any related discipline.
Competencies: Strong communication and persuasion skills with a "presentable" and professional demeanor.
Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Technical Skills
Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of social media for sales, specifically Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients, from individual homeowners to corporate procurement officers.
