We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Fibre Optics Sales Executive (FTTH) is responsible for driving subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration for fiber-to-the-home broadband services.
  • The role involves prospecting residential estates, businesses, and high-density areas, converting leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Sales:

  • Prospect and acquire new FTTH subscribers (residential & SMEs).
  • Conduct door-to-door sales, estate activations, and field marketing campaigns.
  • Generate and convert leads into active installations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Development:

  • Identify high-potential coverage areas for fiber rollout.
  • Build relationships with estate managers, landlords, and community leaders.
  • Organize promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Client Engagement:

  • Educate customers on broadband packages, speeds, and pricing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Handle objections and close sales effectively.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Follow up with installation and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.

After-Sales Support:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
  • Resolve basic service inquiries and escalate technical issues.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to reduce churn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly subscriber acquisition target
  • Revenue generated
  • Conversion rate
  • Customer retention rate
  • Coverage area penetration.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years experience in telecom, ISP, or broadband sales (FTTH experience is an advantage).
  • Experience in field sales or direct marketing preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Target-driven and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
