Job Description:
Stellar International (Ant Online Shopping) is entering an aggressive expansion phase in Northern Nigeria. We are seeking seasoned Sales Representatives for our Yola and Jos hubs. This is not a role for beginners; we are looking for "Market Veterans" who can leverage their deep industry experience to establish our brand presence and dominate the local e-commerce landscape.
Your mission is to act as a strategic brand ambassador, converting prospects into loyal customers and building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up. If you have a "hunter" mindset, a proven track record in high-stakes sales, and the leadership maturity to manage a territory, we want you to lead our expansion.
Requirements:
1. Revenue Generation & Market Penetration
Direct Sales Mastery: Proactively promote and sell the "Ant Online Shopping" value proposition to retail and corporate customers across your assigned city.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas through disciplined field activity and strategic closing.
Record Governance: Maintain meticulous records of daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to inform regional strategy.
2. Customer Relationship & Brand Loyalty
Relationship Architecture: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring "Ant Online Shopping" is their first choice for digital commerce.
Service Excellence: Act as a high-level problem solver for customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction enhances our brand reputation for reliability.
Feedback Loop: Actively gather and report market sentiment to the management team to help tailor our product offerings to the Yola/Jos demographics.
3. Strategic Territory Oversight
Competitor Intelligence: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for Stellar International.
Operational Leadership: (For candidates with 5+ years of management experience) Provide mentorship to junior team members and oversee regional sales operations to ensure peak efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of cognate experience in Sales/Marketing.
Leadership: 5 years of Managerial or Supervisory experience is a significant advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing or a related field.
Residency: Must currently reside in Yola or Jos. (Applications from those outside these locations will not be considered).
Core Competencies
Persuasion: Expert-level communication and interpersonal skills with a "closer" mindset.
Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results against strict targets.
Local Insight: Deep understanding of the commercial dynamics and consumer behavior in the Yola or Jos markets.
