Job Description:

• The Sales Supervisor oversees daily store operations, leads the sales team, drives sales performance, and ensures excellent customer experience in alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual display, and brand presentation.
• Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in retail/fashion sales supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
