Job Description:
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain account profiles, execute sales plans, and identify new business opportunities with targeted customers.
- Manage customer satisfaction by overseeing all ongoing activities, including orders, deliveries, and service execution.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and proposals in collaboration with the quotation team, ensuring alignment with expected margins.
- Utilize Salesforce (BFO) for sales funnel management, account planning, and timely submission of monthly forecasts and summaries.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives, BU Account Managers, and Field Services Marketing to maximize business opportunities and provide feedback on offers.
- Educate customers on Schneider Electric’s full range of products and services, with emphasis on recurring and digital offers; support marketing efforts, including trade shows and seminars.
Requirements:
- What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in LV, MV switchgear, UPS, PLC, and Drives will be required.
- What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- The successful candidate will be required to have engineering qualifications.
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
