Job Description:
Hyves Technology Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales & Partnership Executive to serve as a primary engine for our revenue growth. This is a high-ownership, remote role designed for a "self-starter" who thrives in the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment of a Fintech scale-up.
Your mission is to expand the Hyves ecosystem by identifying high-value business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles from lead to closure, and building enduring partnerships with key decision-makers. We are looking for an individual with the intellectual curiosity to understand customer use cases—specifically within the Cooperative and Enterprise sectors—and the grit to exceed aggressive revenue targets. Requirements:
1. Revenue Architecture & Sales Leadership
End-to-End Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, from aggressive lead generation (cold-calling, networking, social selling) to high-stakes negotiation and deal closure.
Pipeline Governance: Maintain a robust and transparent sales pipeline, providing management with accurate forecasts and data-driven insights via CRM tools.
Product-Market Feedback: Act as a strategic advisor to the product team, translating client pain points and market gaps into actionable software requirements.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Influence
Decision-Maker Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, particularly within the Cooperative, Fintech, and HealthTech spaces.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Hyves at industry summits, conferences, and thought-leadership platforms to showcase our technology and drive market presence.
Commercial Efficiency: Ensure all sales activities meet or exceed budget and volume KPIs, optimizing the cost of acquisition while maximizing lifetime value.
3. Collaborative Operations & Professional Conduct
Cross-Functional Synergy: Work with remote distributed teams (Engineering, Executives, and Operations) to ensure company offerings are perfectly aligned with client needs.
Ethical Standards: Uphold the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to the Hyves Code of Conduct.
Continuous Learning: Proactively update your knowledge of Fintech trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience in field sales, specifically within FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or Enterprise software.
Sector Knowledge: Direct knowledge of the Cooperative space is a significant advantage.
Startup DNA: Proven track record in fast-growing scale-up companies, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Core Competencies
Persuasion & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify gaps in a client's operations and propose Hyves-aligned solutions.
Resilience: Comfortable with the constant change and ambiguity of a remote, high-growth startup environment.
Education: Minimum of an OND in a related field.
