Job Description:

BloomShell Fiberglass Manufacturing Limited is seeking a proactive and high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to serve as our primary revenue driver. In this role, you are the face of our brand. Your mission is to expand our footprint across diverse sectors—from interior designers and hotels to corporate organizations and wholesalers.

You will lead a "Hybrid Sales" strategy, managing the showroom experience for walk-in clients while aggressively pursuing digital leads and field marketing opportunities. We are looking for a closer who can articulate the unique benefits of fiberglass—its strength, versatility, and aesthetic appeal—to turn inquiries into long-term contracts. If you are target-driven and possess a flair for both digital content and professional negotiation, we want you to help us scale.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Generation & Lead Conversion

  • Target Achievement: Take full ownership of monthly revenue goals through proactive selling and deal closing.

  • Showroom Management: Provide an expert experience for walk-in customers, utilizing deep product knowledge to convert inquiries into immediate sales.

  • Lead Stewardship: Maintain a rigorous follow-up system for all pending leads and outstanding payments to ensure a healthy cash flow.

2. Omni-Channel Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Digital Presence: Lead our brand growth on Instagram and WhatsApp, engaging with our community and driving inbound traffic.

  • Content Creation: Produce basic yet compelling visual content (photos and videos) that showcases our fiberglass products in premium settings.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pitch to high-value segments, including interior designers, hospitality managers, and corporate procurement officers.

3. Relationship Management & Reporting

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain a network of resellers and wholesalers to ensure consistent bulk orders.

  • Service Excellence: Ensure every customer receives top-tier support, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.

  • Performance Intelligence: Prepare regular reports on sales trends, marketing effectiveness, and market feedback for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in furniture, construction, or interior decor is an advantage).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to negotiate with corporate decision-makers.

  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic content editing tools.
