Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Engage in warm calling to nurture leads and maintain relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to convert leads into opportunities, contributing to overall sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices for continuous improvement in sales techniques.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0 - 4 years work experience
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and technical sales processes.
• Experience using CRM software for managing client relationships effectively.
• Background in business development or marketing strategies that drive lead generation.
