We are looking for a high-energy Relationship Executive who understands that our growth is tied directly to the success of our users. This is not a passive desk job; it is a field-oriented, relationship-driven role for someone who is hungry, proactive, and ready to take ownership of our user base.
Requirements:
Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for our SME partners. Build trust-based relationships that go beyond basic support, ensuring our users feel supported and valued.
Onboarding & Adoption: Drive the initial onboarding process to ensure new users move from signup to active usage quickly. Provide the guidance necessary to help them realize the value of our platform.
Active Retention: Implement a proactive follow-up strategy. Identify "at-risk" users and intervene early to ensure they remain active and derive consistent value from our business data tools.
Partnership Management: Collaborate with SME networks and business clusters to expand our reach and solidify our presence in key local markets.
Operational Independence: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be expected to manage your schedule, prioritize your pipeline, and report on key user-growth metrics autonomously.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in SaaS, Fintech, SME Banking, POS/Payments, Customer Success, or Business Development.
Skills:
Proactivity: You are a "hunter" and a "farmer" combined—always looking for new ways to grow your portfolio.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can simplify complex tech concepts for small business owners.
Startup Mindset: Highly adaptable, resourceful, and capable of working without constant supervision.
Attributes: You must be genuinely interested in the growth of Nigerian businesses and comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
