Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, patient, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ibadan. As the primary interface between our company and our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our brand. Requirements:

  • Inquiry Management: Efficiently manage customer interactions via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring that all queries are handled professionally and promptly.

  • Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns by providing accurate information, appropriate solutions, or necessary escalations.

  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with customers by maintaining a helpful, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within our tracking systems.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring customer issues or suggestions for improving our service delivery.
