Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service / Estate Management Officer to be the operational face of our properties. You will act as the primary liaison between our organization and our tenants, ensuring that both residential and commercial properties are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a balance of high-level customer service and "boots-on-the-ground" facility management. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys building relationships and ensuring environments are safe, clean, and functional, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants and residents. You will manage the full lifecycle of the tenant experience, from onboarding and documentation to move-in/move-out processes and daily inquiries.

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the daily functionality of our estates, including monitoring security, cleanliness, and infrastructure performance.

  • Maintenance & Facilities: Coordinate repairs and service requests. You will be responsible for liaising with vendors, technicians, and cleaning staff to ensure timely resolution of all maintenance issues.

  • Property Inspections: Perform routine site visits to inspect properties and common areas, identifying maintenance needs and ensuring compliance with estate policies and safety standards.

  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain precise records of tenant interactions, service requests, and maintenance histories. You will also support the finance team by assisting with rent collection follow-ups.

  • Field Operations: Drive to various project sites and properties as required to perform on-site inspections and operational oversight.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or high-touch customer service roles.

  • Key Competencies:

    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tenant expectations professionally.

    • Operational Rigor: Strong attention to detail regarding facility maintenance and safety standards.

    • Responsiveness: Ability to handle complaints and urgent service requests calmly and efficiently.

    • Mobility: A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel between property sites as needed.

  • Attributes: You must be organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining a high standard of service in a dynamic environment.
