Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and patient-focused Customer Support Officer to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring that every inquiry, concern, or request is handled with speed, accuracy, and a high degree of empathy. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who understands that exceptional service is the cornerstone of our brand and is committed to delivering a superior customer experience every day.
Requirements:
Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Resolution Excellence: Proactively identify customer pain points and provide effective, timely solutions that build long-term trust and loyalty.
Professional Engagement: Handle all interactions with a high level of professional decorum, ensuring the company’s brand values are reflected in every conversation.
Documentation: Meticulously track customer feedback and interaction logs to ensure accurate record-keeping and data-driven improvements to our service processes.
Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and help optimize our service delivery based on real-world feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a customer support or front-line service role.
Residency: Must reside within Gwarinpa or its immediate environs to ensure consistent and reliable daily operations.
Key Competencies:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Emotional Intelligence: A natural aptitude for empathy, patience, and the ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations.
Reliability: A committed professional who takes ownership of customer issues from initial report through to final resolution.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with standard office communication tools and CRM software.
