Job Description:

• We are seeking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our sales company as a Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and support the sales team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support the sales team with order processing and client follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide information about the company's products and services.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 2-5 years of experience.
