Job Description:
- First point of contact; deliver excellent client service, manage front- desk operations and basic transactions while ensuring KYC/AML compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, manage reception, calls and appointment scheduling.
- Process basic cash and account transactions; reconcile daily.
- Support client onboarding and verify documentation.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate client records.
- Refer sales opportunities to Relationship Managers; handle complaints/escalations.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Business / Finance or related fields
- 1–3 years in front office / teller role (financial services preferred).
- Strong communication, numeracy, attention to detail and integrity.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, CRM and MS Office.
