Job Description:

SnappyCX is seeking a high-performing Recruiter with a proven track record in agency settings to join our talent outsourcing division. In this role, you won't just fill seats; you will be a strategic partner to our clients, identifying and securing the top-tier talent that drives their business success. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from deep-dive discovery calls with hiring managers to the final offer negotiation. The ideal candidate possesses an "eye for talent," a mastery of modern sourcing tools, and the professional agility to manage multiple diverse roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Architecture

  • Needs Discovery: Collaborate directly with client hiring managers to define technical requirements, soft skills, and cultural success factors.

  • Multi-Channel Sourcing: Beyond job boards, utilize social selling, headhunting, and niche industry platforms to engage passive candidates.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and nurture an evergreen "bench" of qualified talent to ensure rapid turnaround times for recurring client needs.

2. Candidate Assessment & Experience

  • Holistic Interviewing: Conduct behavioral and technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and—most importantly—cultural alignment with client organizations.

  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring every candidate receives a professional, transparent, and positive experience regardless of the outcome.

  • ATS Mastery: Efficiently manage candidate data and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.

3. Process Innovation & Compliance

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and global HR best practices.

  • Continuous Improvement: Work with the internal SnappyCX team to refine outsourcing workflows, shorten the "Time-to-Hire," and improve "Quality-of-Hire" metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience & Education

  • Industry Background: Proven experience as a Recruiter specifically within an Agency or Talent Outsourcing setting.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.

Core Competencies

  • Interpersonal Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both high-level clients and skeptical candidates.

  • Organizational Agility: Capacity to manage a high "req-load" (multiple open positions) across different industries without compromising quality.

  • Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of modern HR practices, labor laws, and prevailing market salary trends.
