Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile HR & Administrative Officer to serve as the operational anchor of our office. This is a strategic dual role designed for a professional who can seamlessly transition between high-level administrative support and essential human resource functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently while maintaining the integrity of our workforce through diligent record-keeping, policy enforcement, and staff support. Requirements:
1. Administrative Operations & Management Support
Office Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all office correspondence, managing visitor inquiries and calls with professional poise.
Executive Assistance: Proactively manage calendars for senior management, scheduling meetings and ensuring all necessary documentation (reports, memos, letters) is prepared in advance.
Systems Maintenance: Oversee the organization of both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring information is secure yet easily accessible.
Logistics & Supply Chain: Monitor office supply levels and coordinate general logistics to ensure zero downtime in daily operations.
2. Human Resource Management
Talent Lifecycle: Support the recruitment process, from initial documentation to the successful onboarding of new hires.
Record Integrity: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee files, ensuring all records comply with standard HR practices.
Workforce Monitoring: Track staff attendance and leave records, providing accurate data for payroll or performance reviews.
Culture & Discipline: Support performance tracking initiatives, assist in basic conflict resolution, and help enforce company policies to maintain a disciplined and productive workplace.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR-support role.
Local Insight: Knowledge of Nigerian Labor Regulations and basic HR best practices is a significant advantage.
Technical & Soft Skills
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking, Word for memos, and Outlook for scheduling).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Autonomy: Highly organized and reliable, with a proven ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
Logistics
Location: Candidates must reside in or around Sango-Ota, Ogun State. Only candidates within close proximity to this area will be considered.
Salary
