We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and staff evaluations
- Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures
- Manage staff attendance, leave schedules, and basic payroll inputs (as applicable)
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Support staff welfare, engagement, and disciplinary processes when required
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
- Assist management with workforce planning and organizational development activities
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High level of computer literacy, including:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Email and basic HR record management tools
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
Salary
