We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and staff evaluations
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures
  • Manage staff attendance, leave schedules, and basic payroll inputs (as applicable)
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Support staff welfare, engagement, and disciplinary processes when required
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
  • Assist management with workforce planning and organizational development activities
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High level of computer literacy, including:
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Email and basic HR record management tools
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday

Salary

N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
