Job Description:
Kaisu Supply Chain is seeking a proactive and high-energy HR Officer to lead our recruitment and personnel management operations. This role is highly specialized, with a primary focus on the end-to-end recruitment of Truck Drivers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our fleet is manned by qualified, documented, and reliable drivers while managing the administrative backbone of our HR department. If you have a "boots-on-the-ground" approach to recruitment and can effectively bridge the gap between HR policy and logistics operations, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. High-Volume Driver Recruitment & Onboarding
Sourcing & Screening: Actively recruit and vet heavy-duty truck drivers, ensuring they meet the technical and physical requirements for long-haul freight.
Verification: Conduct thorough background checks and verify driving history to minimize operational risk.
Onboarding: Lead the orientation process for new hires, emphasizing company safety protocols and route discipline.
2. Personnel Documentation & Compliance
Driver Records: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records for all drivers, including valid driver’s licenses, medical certificates, and LASDRI/relevant state cards.
File Management: Organize and safeguard physical and digital employee files, ensuring data privacy and easy retrieval for audits.
Policy Enforcement: Communicate and monitor adherence to company policies, ensuring a disciplined and professional workforce.
3. Operations Liaison & Administration
Manpower Planning: Collaborate daily with the Operations Team to identify manpower gaps and ensure the fleet is fully operational.
HR Support: Handle daily administrative duties including leave management, attendance tracking, and resolving basic employee grievances.
Immediate Impact: Maintain a high level of readiness to resolve urgent manpower needs as they arise in the fast-paced supply chain environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Skills
Proven Tenure: Previous experience in HR or recruitment (prior experience in recruiting truck drivers or logistics staff is a major advantage).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with both management and field-based staff.
Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel for data entry and report generation.

Target Driven: Proven ability to work independently and meet strict recruitment quotas.
Availability: Must be ready to resume immediately.
Proximity: Preference will be given to candidates who reside close to the job location.
