Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is specifically designed for a budding HR professional who wants to specialize in Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D). Requirements:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in drafting and posting job vacancies across various professional platforms.
Pre-Screening: Conduct initial "pre-chats" and screenings to evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the interview calendar, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Onboarding: Support the preparation of documentation to ensure new hires have a welcoming and compliant start.
2. Learning & Development (L&D) Operations
Training Coordination: Assist in the logistics of internal and external training sessions, from room booking to material preparation.
Regulatory Compliance: Support the team in processing Industrial Training Fund (ITF) approvals and documentation to ensure training compliance.
Reporting & Feedback: Maintain meticulous training attendance records and collate evaluations to measure training impact.
3. HR Administration & Stakeholder Support
Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers and employee files with high attention to detail.
Internal Liaison: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding training schedules or recruitment status.
Process Improvement: Assist in general HR administrative tasks to streamline departmental workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background
Status: Recent Graduate, current NYSC member, or Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
