Job Description:

Are you a fresh Architecture or Civil Engineering graduate who wants to see your designs move off the screen and into the real world? We are seeking a motivated Graduate Project Associate to join our experiential design and build agency.

In this role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk; you will be at the heart of immersive brand environments. You will support the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact projects—from the first conceptual sketch to the final site handover. This is a "Fast-Track" role designed to mentor a technical graduate into a world-class Project Manager. Requirements:

1. Concept to Technical Coordination

• Design Support: Assist in translating creative brand concepts into feasible architectural drawings and structural plans.

• Technical Review: Review blueprints and material specifications to ensure they align with both the client's vision and structural integrity.

• Procurement Liaison: Assist in sourcing specialized materials and coordinating with vendors to ensure design elements are executed as planned.

2. Site Supervision & Field Operations

• Project Monitoring: Spend time on-site to supervise contractors and artisans, ensuring that construction matches the approved design and quality standards.

• Safety & Compliance: Monitor site safety protocols and ensure that all building activities comply with local engineering regulations.

• Issue Resolution: Act as the "boots on the ground" to troubleshoot technical challenges that arise during the build phase.

3. Project Management Mentorship

• Scheduling: Learn to develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met for client launches and events.

• Client Engagement: Support senior managers in client meetings, helping to document requirements and provide project status updates.

• Documentation: Maintain rigorous project files, including site reports, budget trackers, and change orders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Fresh Graduate (B.Sc./B.Eng/HND) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Excel is a plus.

• Mindset: A strong desire to move into Project Management rather than remaining solely in a design/drafting role.
