Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and proactive Site Engineer to anchor the operational engine of our construction projects. In the specialized landscape of Lagos-based design and construction management, success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize architectural plans with the clinical precision required for Quality Control, Safety Compliance, and Stakeholder Coordination. This role is designed for a "Construction Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (supervising artisans and interpreting complex drawings) with the "Strategic Agility" required to provide high-fidelity reporting on project milestones.

Requirements:

1. Execution Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Project Sovereignty: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Drawing Compliance."

• Workflow Architecture: Ensure all work is carried out according to specifications and standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-grade building solutions.

• Interpretation Stewardship: Read and interpret construction drawings with clinical accuracy, ensuring the "Source of Design Intent" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Coordination Logic

• Artisan Sovereignty: Coordinate effectively with contractors and on-site stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Site Harmony."

• Progress Architecture: Monitor daily advancements and provide real-time feedback, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for meeting project timelines.

• Reporting Stewardship: Submit timely reports on project status and material usage, maintaining the "Source of Operational Visibility."

3. Integrity Governance & Performance Power

• Safety Sovereignty: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols, acting as the primary "Source of Site Risk Mitigation."

• Ownership Architecture: Take full accountability for site operations and material management, providing the "Visual Foundation" for professional integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience in building and construction.

• Education: Diploma or HND in Building Technology or any related field.

• Technical Mastery: Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings.

• Location Scope: Must be available for onsite work in Lagos.
