Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and technically rigorous Senior Site Engineer to anchor our project execution. In the complex landscape of modern construction, success is defined by "Engineering Precision", the ability to harmonize intricate design documents with real-world site conditions while maintaining strict cost-efficiency. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" who can act as the primary advisor on-site, blending "Advanced Structural Intelligence" with the "Operational Grit" required to lead a diverse workforce and satisfy high-level client expectations.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Plan Fidelity and Zero-Harm Site Execution." You will be the primary steward of the project’s technical lifecycle: responsible for validating drawings, computing material costs, and resolving complex engineering bottlenecks in real-time. If you possess "Exceptional Leadership Presence," a mastery of Quality Control protocols, and the ability to drive projects to completion within rigid timelines, we want you to drive our construction excellence.

Requirements:

1. Technical Advisory & Design Governance

  • Plan Integrity: Act as the main technical advisor, reviewing architectural plans, drawings, and quantities with millimetric accuracy to ensure calculations are flawlessly executed.

  • Contract Interpretation: Manage and interpret complex contract design documents provided by clients or architects, ensuring the physical build aligns perfectly with the intended vision.

  • Permit Sovereignty: Lead the process of obtaining all necessary regulatory and local permits to ensure project commencement is legally compliant and uninterrupted.

2. Operational Mastery & Workforce Leadership

  • Site Sovereignty: Manage day-to-day site operations, providing rigorous supervision and monitoring of the site labor force and subcontractors to ensure "High-Performance Output."

  • Logistics & Facilities: Outline the scope of work and organize project site facilities to create an environment primed for meeting aggressive construction deadlines.

  • Technical Resolution: Act as the primary lead for resolving any structural or technical issues that arise on-site, engineering immediate and sustainable solutions.

3. Fiscal Integrity & Resource Optimization

  • Cost Engineering: Compute precise material costs and propose "Value-Engineered" solutions to optimize project outcomes without compromising quality or safety.

  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Liaise effectively with consultants, quantity surveyors, planners, and subcontractors to ensure a "Closed-Loop" communication system across all project phases.

  • Client Engagement: Communicate high-level progress updates directly to clients and their representatives, maintaining the brand’s reputation for transparency and excellence.

4. Safety & Quality Governance

  • Quality Sovereignty: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all materials and workmanship meet or exceed project specifications.

  • HSE Mandate: Ensure 100% compliance with health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and surveys to mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related engineering field.

  • Experience: Significant experience in a Senior or Lead Site Engineer capacity, demonstrating a track record of delivering complex projects.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in interpreting 2D/3D technical drawings and utilizing engineering software for material computation.

Core Competencies

  • Diagnostic Grit: Exceptional problem-solving skills for real-time technical troubleshooting on-site.

  • Leadership Presence: The ability to command respect and drive productivity across a diverse workforce and subcontractor network.

  • Analytical Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail regarding cost-benefit analysis and material specifications.
