Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Builder to anchor the execution engine of Mshel Homes Limited. In the competitive Nigerian real estate sector, success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex architectural and structural drawings with the clinical precision required for substructure, superstructure, and finishing works. This role is designed for a "Construction Architect" with a Bachelor’s degree or HND, CORBON registration (advantageous), and 5+ years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (supervising artisans and tradespeople) with the "Technical Agility" required for resource management and quality inspections.

Requirements:

1. Structural Orchestration & Drawing Governance

• Interpretation Sovereignty: Read and work from high-fidelity architectural and structural drawings, ensuring every phase of construction acts as a "Source of Technical Accuracy."

• Execution Architecture: Coordinate all on-site activities—including substructure, superstructure, and external works—providing the "Operational Foundation" for project delivery.

• Workmanship Stewardship: Conduct quality checks at all critical stages with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory Standards Compliance."

2. Operational Resilience & Resource Logic

• Resource Sovereignty: Requisition and utilize materials in accordance with specifications, acting as the primary "Source of Material Efficiency."

• Workforce Architecture: Manage site tradespeople, artisans, and subcontractors with clinical focus, maintaining the "Source of Site Productivity."

• Challenge Stewardship: Identify and resolve construction challenges promptly on-site, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the escalation of complex technical issues.

3. Site Integrity & Documentation Power

• Record Sovereignty: Maintain accurate daily site records (progress, labor deployment, material usage), acting as the "Source of Institutional Knowledge."

• Safety Architecture: Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times, providing the "Source of HSE Compliance."

• Reporting Logic: Participate in site meetings and contribute to high-fidelity progress reviews, utilizing 5 years of building experience to optimize the "Source of Strategic Reporting."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Registration: Registration with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) is a significant strategic advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of robust practical experience in building construction, specifically in Residential Real Estate.

• Technical Grit: Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and onsite best practices.

• Supervision Sovereignty: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse trades and artisans under pressure.
