Job Description:

We are seeking a high-impact Project Management Facilitator to lead a practical, software-integrated training program. This is not a role for "theory-only" academics; we are looking for a practitioner who has navigated the complexities of interior design and construction sites and can distill that experience into actionable learning.

You will be responsible for equipping students with the end-to-end skills required to manage high-end residential and commercial projects—from initial scope definition to final handover. A critical component of this role is the practical instruction of Asana or Trello, ensuring students can translate project workflows into modern digital environments.

Requirements:

1. The Project Lifecycle & Technical Setup

• Fundamentals: Project management basics tailored specifically to the design-build industry.

• The Blueprint: Defining project scope, establishing realistic timelines, and setting critical milestones.

• Cost Architecture: In-depth teaching of budgeting, costing models, and rigorous cost control to protect project margins.

2. Field Execution & Stakeholder Governance

• Supply Chain: Procurement strategies and the nuances of vendor coordination.

• Site Authority: On-site supervision, coordination of multiple trades, and real-world risk management.

• The Client Interface: Professional communication frameworks and structured reporting to manage expectations.

3. Digital Mastery (Asana/Trello Implementation)

• Digital Infrastructure: Practical setup of tasks, timelines, and critical dependencies within Asana or Trello.

• Collaboration: Teaching team tracking, progress monitoring, and digital reporting.

• Close-out: Managing documentation, punch lists, and the formal handover process.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience

• Proven Field Record: Significant background in Interior Design or Construction project management. We require "on-the-ground" experience managing residential and commercial sites.

• Software Native: Expert proficiency in using Asana or Trello to manage live, complex projects.

• Educator Mindset: A natural ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing the necessary depth.

Required Deliverables

• Comprehensive Course Outline and Teaching Slides.

• Practical, site-based Case Studies and Exercises.

• A "Live" Software Walkthrough/Workshop.

• A Final Student Capstone Project or Mini-assignment.
