Resource Optimization: Act as a facilitator for the project team, ensuring all departments (Technical, Finance, and Admin) have the necessary resources to meet milestones.
Operational Planning: Participate in high-level planning and budgeting, ensuring field activities and data collection efforts align with donor requirements.
2. Reporting, Documentation & Compliance
Donor Relations: Compile comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and end-of-project reports that meet the specific formatting and transparency requirements of international donors.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide routine status updates to the Program Manager and HISP Nigeria leadership, serving as a primary point of contact for project implementation health.
Grant Development: Contribute your field insights to technical proposals and grant writing efforts to secure future funding and project sustainability.
3. Technical Implementation & Logistics
Field Coordination: Oversee the logistics of field activities, ensuring data collection teams are effectively deployed and supported.
Capacity Building: Support sustainable digital innovation by applying capacity-building approaches that empower local stakeholders to leverage the DHIS2 platform.
Administrative Stewardship: Handle the essential administrative tasks that keep complex, multi-stakeholder projects running smoothly across local and global contexts
Qualifications and Skills:

Project Mastery: Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within donor-funded environments (e.g., USAID, Global Fund, GIZ).
Digital Fluency: A strong understanding of the DHIS2 platform and its applications in health or education is a significant advantage.
Skills & Mindset
Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex project statuses effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
