Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and methodology-agnostic Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will be the engine of execution excellence, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact internal and client-facing initiatives. You aren't just a "task tracker"—you are a strategic bridge between business objectives and technical execution. Your mission is to champion end-to-end project success by applying rigorous governance while maintaining the agility needed to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements:

1. End-to-End Delivery & Strategic Alignment

• Lifecycle Management: Lead projects through the full PMO lifecycle (Initiate → Plan → Execute → Control → Close), adapting methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) as required.

• Objective Translation: Transform organizational OKRs and business cases into actionable project plans, ensuring every milestone contributes to revenue growth, cost savings, or risk mitigation.

• Execution Excellence: Own scope definition, workstream planning, and milestone tracking, ensuring clarity and control at every phase.

2. Consulting & High-Level Stakeholder Engagement

• Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level executives and business sponsors, managing expectations and facilitating high-impact decision-making.

• Discovery & Scoping: Lead discovery workshops to define critical success metrics, KPIs, and project boundaries.

• Storytelling: Develop "client-ready" deliverables, utilizing executive-level storytelling and data-driven insights to present progress and recommendations.

3. Operational Excellence & Risk Mitigation

• Data Visualization: Maintain real-time visibility into project health using Power BI dashboards, status reports, and meticulous RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

• Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate internal teams, vendors, and contractors to maximize delivery quality and capacity utilization.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead post-implementation reviews (Post-mortems) to document lessons learned and refine the PMO’s internal knowledge base.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Mastery

• Proven Tenure: 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a corporate PMO or consulting environment.

• Methodological Fluency: Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.

• Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to apply hypothesis-driven logic to break down complex challenges into structured workstreams.

Core Competencies

• Communication: Exceptional executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in reporting and governance documentation.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Power BI, project management software (Jira, Asana, or MS Project), and the latest industry tech trends.
