Job Description:

• Project manage construction works from start to finish
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor artisans, subcontractors, and site workers
• Enforce quality standards, safety, and timelines
• Report progress and challenges to management.

Requirements:

• Proven site supervision experience in property development, real estate, or construction companies, preferably with reputable firms such as ITB Nigeria Limited, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Cappa & D’Alberto Plc, Vita Construction Limited, CCECC, or similar organizations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to interpret drawings and schedules
• Result-oriented and disciplined.

Qualifications and Skills:

• OND / HND / BSc Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• 8 - 12 years of work experience
