Requirements:
1. Technical Execution & Site Oversight

Milestone Tracking: Manage the 3-month project lifecycle, ensuring all ad-hoc deliverables are met on time and within the specific contract scope.
Contractor Management: Supervise third-party vendors and site technicians, maintaining high productivity and professional discipline.
Technical Documentation: Generate daily and weekly site progress reports, including "as-built" drawings and commissioning documentation.
3. HSE & Operational Safety
Risk Assessment: Perform daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and ensure all site activities comply with Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and local safety regulations.
Incident Prevention: Maintain a "Zero LTI" (Lost Time Injury) record by enforcing strict Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols and safety briefings.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in project engineering, specifically within the oil and gas or heavy manufacturing sectors.
Location: Must be available for immediate deployment in Rivers State.
