Job Description:
- Coordinate construction and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Review and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Conduct site meetings, inspections and monitor construction progress
- Vet and manage contractors and consultants
- Participate in tender evaluations with Quantity Surveyors
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure project execution aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Engage stakeholders and ensure timely project communication Collaborate on creating and updating project schedules
- Track, document, register, and tag all physical assets
- Maintain and update the asset register regularly
- Identify and resolve asset-related issues
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and consultants to ensure compliance
- Integrate sustainability principles across all project phases—from design to execution and post-completion
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AutoCAD and Revit is requiredExperience with Asset Inventory Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP)
- Relevant experience on retail station projects
