If you have 5–7 years of experience in portfolio governance and a "performance-first" mindset, we invite you to lead our strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Planning & Asset Optimization

  • Portfolio Architecture: Develop and implement overarching strategies that align multiple projects or investments with the organization’s long-term growth objectives.

  • Value Delivery: Ensure that the portfolio maintains an optimal balance between risk and reward, consistently delivering measurable results.

  • Opportunity Assessment: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments on new prospects to determine their fit within the existing portfolio.

2. Performance Intelligence & Risk Governance

  • Data-Driven Monitoring: Utilize advanced financial tracking and data analysis to monitor real-time performance across all assets or initiatives.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify systemic risks and opportunities across the portfolio, implementing corrective actions to protect organizational value.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all portfolio activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established governance standards.

3. Resource Orchestration & Stakeholder Management

  • Resource Allocation: Strategically distribute capital, human resources, and time across the portfolio to maximize efficiency and prevent bottlenecks.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with project leads and business units to ensure a cohesive approach to initiative execution.

  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare high-level performance reports and dashboards for senior management, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Analysis, or Senior Project Management.

  • Education: Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a technical field related to the portfolio's industry.

  • Analytical IQ: Mastery of financial modeling, risk analysis, and performance tracking metrics (e.g., ROI, NPV, IRR).

Core Competencies

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage expectations and communicate complex strategies to C-suite leadership.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to look beyond individual projects to understand how the entire portfolio supports the business's macro-goals.

  • Integrity: High level of professional ethics in managing substantial corporate assets and confidential information.
