Job Description:
- The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, procurement documentation, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, sound accounting fundamentals, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting audits and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Support accounts payable and supplier reconciliations
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
- Maintain accurate procurement and financial documentation
- Support audits, budget tracking, and expense monitoring.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Odoo)
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in accounting, procurement, or related roles
- Basic accounting knowledge (AP, reconciliations, documentation)
Salary
