Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that office workflows run smoothly, documentation is precise, and communication remains seamless across all departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment and is eager to support an Admin Officer in driving operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Administrative & Operational Support: Coordinate daily office operations, assist in maintaining office policies, and ensure the workspace remains organized and compliant.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, update internal databases, and prepare daily logs and reports.

  • Procurement & Inventory: Monitor office supply levels, notify management of restocking needs, and liaise with vendors for routine materials.

  • Staff Coordination: Assist in tracking staff attendance and schedules, ensuring all general documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Communication Hub: Serve as a reliable contact point for staff, management, and external partners. Draft professional internal communications and handle customer feedback routing.

  • System Management: Perform data entry and provide support for website and admin platform updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.Sc. Degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong data entry skills.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively.

  • Soft Skills: A professional, respectful attitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while following instructions under pressure.

Salary

N100,000 Monthly.
