Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Personnel to manage, maintain, and update company records and documentation efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for proper record keeping, archiving, and ensuring that personnel and organizational documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage company documents, files, and records systematically
- Ensure proper record keeping and archiving of both physical and electronic documents
- Update personnel records and employee documentation regularly
- Organize and store documents in compliance with company procedures
- Retrieve documents and records upon request by authorized personnel
- Monitor document versions and ensure updated records are properly maintained
- Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and document distribution
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company and personnel records
- Support administrative and HR documentation processes where required
- Prepare periodic reports on document status and records management
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Office Technology, Public Administration, or related discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in document control, administration, or records management
- Good organizational and record management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
