Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Personnel to manage, maintain, and update company records and documentation efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for proper record keeping, archiving, and ensuring that personnel and organizational documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage company documents, files, and records systematically
  • Ensure proper record keeping and archiving of both physical and electronic documents
  • Update personnel records and employee documentation regularly
  • Organize and store documents in compliance with company procedures
  • Retrieve documents and records upon request by authorized personnel
  • Monitor document versions and ensure updated records are properly maintained
  • Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and document distribution
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company and personnel records
  • Support administrative and HR documentation processes where required
  • Prepare periodic reports on document status and records management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Office Technology, Public Administration, or related discipline
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in document control, administration, or records management
  • Good organizational and record management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
