Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the engine behind our multi-channel growth, responsible for bridging the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance.
From executing high-impact paid ad campaigns to crafting the narrative for our email and recruitment marketing, you will play a pivotal role in how the market perceives our brand. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience (ideally in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Lifestyle) and possesses the rare mix of analytical rigor and creative flair. If you can manage a Google Analytics dashboard as effectively as a video editing suite, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
1. Integrated Campaign Execution
Omnichannel Growth: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital (Social, Email, Web) and offline channels to ensure maximum brand reach.
Content Mastery: Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and websites. This includes hands-on graphics and video editing to keep our brand visually fresh.
Recruitment & Email Marketing: Promote the brand through targeted email workflows and recruitment marketing to attract both customers and top-tier talent.
2. Performance Marketing & Data Analytics
Paid Media Optimization: Manage and optimize paid ad spend across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms to ensure high ROI and low CPA.
SEO & Web Strategy: Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve our digital footprint.
Performance Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, delivering comprehensive monthly reports that translate data into actionable insights.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Alignment
Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and stay ahead of competitors in the Lagos landscape.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with commercial goals and product roadmaps.
Brand Collaborations: Support partnership initiatives and brand collaborations to expand our ecosystem and reach new demographics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience: 2+ years in Brand and Digital Marketing. Experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
Technical Toolkit: * Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
Analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console.
Creative: Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
