We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a Logistics Officer, that will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring all logistics and vehicle-related activities to ensure timely delivery of goods, cost-effective fleet operations, and compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• The role ensures efficient use of company vehicles, proper documentation of movement, and protection of company assets to support seamless operational performance across ODE locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods among ODE offices/branches.
• Monitor and track delivery movements to ensure efficient and punctual service.
• Maintain documentation and delivery records for accountability and tracking
• Optimize utilization of company vehicles and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting findings.
• Ensure compliance with scheduled vehicle maintenance, including servicing and repairs.
• Liaise with approved vendors and workshops for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Track service quality and costs to ensure value for money.
• Adhere to company transport policies and local regulations.
• Promptly report incidents, infractions, or accidents to management.

Requirements:

• A good first degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to dental offices and events as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and deliver high-quality service under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
