Requirements:
1. High-Velocity Production & AI Integration
Massive Output: Deliver 20+ unique ad creatives every day, including static images, carousels, and story formats.
AI Workflow: Use Nana Banana, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to automate background removal, generate lifestyle contexts, and iterate variations in seconds.
Rapid Revision: Take real-time performance feedback and produce updated versions within the same day.
2. Performance-First Creative Strategy
Visual Hooks: Execute proven ad layouts including Before/Afters, Testimonial Cards, and Problem/Solution frameworks.
Conversion Design: Apply deep knowledge of direct response—using bold typography, high-contrast colors, and benefit-driven text overlays to force a "Stop."
Competitor Intelligence: Monitor active "Winning Ads" in the market and engineer better, higher-converting versions for our brand.
3. Platform Optimization & Trends
Multi-Placement Mastery: Resize and adapt every creative for Feed (1:1), Stories/Reels (9:16), and Sidebar placements.
Trend Alignment: Stay ahead of Meta’s evolving ad formats and aesthetic trends to ensure our brand never looks "dated."
A/B Testing Support: Create subtle variations in color, copy, and layout to support rigorous split-testing.

Qualifications and Skills:
The "High-Performance" Profile
Experience: 2+ years specializing in social media ads or performance marketing.
AI Savvy: Mandatory experience using AI tools in your daily workflow. If you aren't using AI to speed up, you won't meet the quota.
Software Agnostic: Whether you use Photoshop, Canva Pro, Figma, or Illustrator, we only care about the final, high-converting output.
Portfolio: Show us your volume. We want to see your ability to produce 20+ variations, not just your three favorite pieces.
Core Competencies
Speed & Discipline: Ability to work independently and meet a hard 20-ad daily quota without "hand-holding."
Direct Response Knowledge: Understanding why an ad sells (Benefit vs. Feature).
Adaptability: Willingness to pivot design styles based on what the data (ROAS) says.
