Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our workplace culture and the guardian of our talent. Your mission is to align our people strategies with our organizational goals, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain high-caliber professionals in a supportive and high-performance environment.
As the HR Manager, you will serve as both a strategic advisor to management and a dedicated advocate for our staff. We are looking for a leader with at least 5 years of experience—including a proven track record in management—who can navigate the complexities of labor laws while fostering a positive and productive work community.
Requirements:
1. Talent Architecture & Performance Excellence
Strategic Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring we hire not just for skill, but for cultural and mission alignment.
Performance Governance: Implement and coordinate robust performance management systems (e.g., OKRs or KPIs) that drive accountability and growth.
Learning & Development: Identify skills gaps and lead staff training initiatives to ensure our team remains at the forefront of their professional fields.
2. Culture, Relations & Compliance
Workplace Harmony: Act as the primary lead for employee relations, mediating disputes and proactively building a culture of transparency and mutual respect.
Legal & Policy Stewardship: Implement HR policies that ensure strict compliance with national labor laws and international best practices.
Total Rewards: Manage competitive compensation, benefits, and welfare programs designed to increase employee satisfaction and retention.
3. Strategic Leadership & Problem Solving
Integrity & Ethics: Serve as a role model for integrity, handling sensitive data and personnel issues with the highest level of confidentiality.
Problem-Solving: Utilize a data-driven mindset to identify organizational bottlenecks and implement systemic solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management/supervisory role.
Certification: Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a significant advantage.
Core Competencies
Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of current labor laws and modern HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and drive change in a dynamic environment.
