Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives. The role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation administration, and compliance with labor laws.
The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to management, ensuring the organization maintains a productive, compliant, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Lead culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
Develop job descriptions and workforce plans.
Manage onboarding and probation processes.
Performance Management
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Monitor KPIs and support departmental performance improvement.
Guide managers on feedback, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and develop learning programs.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Drive succession planning and talent development strategies.
Employee Relations
Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll coordination and salary structures.
Review compensation policies and employee benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking where necessary.
Compliance & HR Administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
