Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Akure.
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR initiatives such as recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and training.
- Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, managing employee relations, and developing strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaboration with management to support organizational goals is essential.
Requirements:
- Strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Experienced in creating and implementing HR policies, performance management, and organizational development strategies
- Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace environment
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR) are a plus
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Resident in Akure or willing to relocate
