We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Officer with strong operational experience to support the day-to-day HR activities across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of HR operations, compliance with company policies, and effective support to both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operational processes including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, ensuring employee information is up to date on HR systems.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions (NHF, NSITF, Pension, PAYE).
  • Coordinate leave administration, attendance tracking, and performance management schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal audit requirements.
  • Provide administrative support in recruitment, employee welfare, and disciplinary processes.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic HR operational reports.
  • Partner with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 – 4 years experience in HR operations or generalist functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, Nigerian labor laws, and HR software (e.g. SeamlessHR, Zoho, or BambooHR).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
