Job Description:

• Partner with management to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Manage and optimize HRIS platforms to ensure accurate data, reporting, and process efficiency.
• Identify learning and development needs, and coordinate training programs that enhance employee capability and career growth.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company standards.
• Support culture-building initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and high. performance

Requirements:

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data-driven HR management.
• Experience in designing and executing learning and development programs.
• Strong communication, advisory and relationship management skills
• Excellent understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHRI) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HRBP or HR generalist roles.
