Requirements:

1. Strategic Talent & Organizational Growth

  • Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement HR initiatives that directly support the overall business strategy and future scaling needs.

  • Technical Savvy: Demonstrable experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), databases, and advanced people analytics.
