Requirements:
1. Strategic Talent & Organizational Growth
Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement HR initiatives that directly support the overall business strategy and future scaling needs.
Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier, "culture-fit" talent.
Metric-Driven Support: Use HR metrics to provide management with actionable decision support, tracking everything from turnover rates to employee ROI.
2. Performance, Reward & Development
Performance Excellence: Oversee a robust performance appraisal system that utilizes continuous feedback loops to drive high individual and team performance.
Learning & Growth: Periodically assess training needs and implement development programs to ensure the workforce stays ahead of industry trends.

3. Culture, Relations & Compliance

Interpersonal Mastery: Build and manage professional relationships at all levels, utilizing active listening and negotiation to solve complex people issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Savvy: Demonstrable experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), databases, and advanced people analytics.
Core Competencies
