Job Description:

• We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
• This role is essential in managing our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Support staff development and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources or personnel management.
• Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) where applicable.
• Previous industry experience is an added advantage.
