Job Description:
- Lead and manage all core HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals
- Provide strategic HR guidance to management and support staff development initiatives
- Effectively manage workforce performance, engagement, and disciplinary processes
- Drive organizational culture, employee wellbeing, and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Human Resources leadership role
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HR tools and systems (HRIS, performance tracking, onboarding platforms, etc.)
- Fluency in Hausa (spoken and written) is required
- Excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage staff professionally
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Salary
