Job Description:

• Lead and manage all core HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals
• Provide strategic HR guidance to management and support staff development initiatives
• Effectively manage workforce performance, engagement, and disciplinary processes
• Drive organizational culture, employee wellbeing, and productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Human Resources leadership role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HR tools and systems (HRIS, performance tracking, onboarding platforms, etc.)
• Fluency in Hausa (spoken and written) is required
• Excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage staff professionally
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
