Job Description:
- HR Vendor Management: Manage third-party HR vendors (staffing, payroll, compliance); negotiate contracts and resolve escalated issues.
- Frontline Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for frontline staff.
- Engagement & Development: Design retention programs, training initiatives, and support performance evaluations with retail managers.
- Workforce Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, mitigate risks (safety, disputes), and handle crisis situations.
- HR Data & Insights: Analyze attrition, productivity, and engagement metrics to guide business decisions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and balance diverse roles in a fast-paced environment; strong stress resilience, self-regulation capability, and a high level of self-motivation and drive.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; a collaborative team player with a partnership mindset.
