Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Managing employee relations and promoting a positive work environment
- Overseeing performance management processes
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Supporting organisational planning and workforce development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and organisational planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft office 365 including outlook, Odoo HR model or HRIS tools would be an advantage.
