We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Admin and HR Unit to lead our administrative and human resources functions.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing talent management, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the organization.

Responsibilites

  • Oversee office management, procurement, logistics, and asset management.
  • Maintain updated inventory and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and organizational events.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all administrative records.
  • Supervise service contracts and office leases.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure data protection and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate staff performance management processes.
  • Administer staff welfare, leave, and benefits.
  • Support staff training and capacity development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on HR and Admin activities.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement, HR, and administrative policies.
  • Liaise with legal and finance departments on compliance issues.

Requirements:

Salary

N200,000 - N300,000 monthly
