Job Description:
Tiyow Label is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to be the visual architect of our brand. In this role, you will translate our core values—sustainability, style, and education—into high-impact visual assets. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive digital experience across Instagram, Pinterest, and beyond, ensuring that every pixel aligns with our premium brand identity. The ideal candidate isn't just a "tool user"; they are a visual storyteller who understands how to use layout, typography, and color to engage a sophisticated fashion audience.
Requirements:
1. Digital Content Design & Layout
Platform-Specific Creative: Design high-engagement social media graphics, including educational carousels, Pinterest pins, and static posts tailored for the fashion sector.
Templating & Scalability: Build and maintain branded templates that allow for rapid content creation while preserving a premium "Tiyow" look and feel.
Visual Storytelling: Partner with the content team to turn complex fashion or educational concepts into easy-to-digest, aesthetically pleasing visuals.
2. Brand Stewardship & Consistency
Guideline Mastery: Act as the guardian of Tiyow Label’s visual identity, ensuring 100% consistency in color palettes, font usage, and imagery across all outputs.
Feedback Integration: Collaborate with social media managers to refine designs based on audience performance data and creative feedback.
Intentional Design: Move beyond "making things look pretty" to design with intention—creating visuals that drive specific actions like saves, shares, and website visits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Experience: Proven portfolio as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the Fashion, Lifestyle, or E-commerce industries.
Toolbox: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
Technical Skill: A strong grasp of modern typography, grid layouts, and color theory.
Core Competencies
Brand Intuition: Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into fresh, innovative designs.
Time Management: Capable of managing multiple design requests and meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Communication: Ability to articulate the "why" behind design choices and work effectively within a remote or hybrid team.
