Job Description:

Maybrands is seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth strategy and dominate the digital landscape. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our customer acquisition and retention ecosystems. You will not only manage our social presence and email marketing but also deep-dive into SEO, affiliate partnerships, and web analytics to drive high-quality traffic and maximize conversions. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with a "growth-hacking" mindset, capable of translating complex analytics into actionable marketing campaigns that enhance the customer experience and elevate the Maybrands brand.

Requirements:

1. Multi-Channel Strategy & Conversion Optimization

  • Campaign Orchestration: Plan and lead the execution of digital strategies across email, social media, and web platforms to drive measurable website traffic and sales.

  • Email Marketing Lifecycle: Own the email marketing calendar, focusing on subscriber growth, A/B testing, and content personalization to optimize open and click-through rates.

  • Customer Acquisition: Manage and scale online programs including affiliate marketing, social marketing, and paid acquisition to lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).

2. SEO, Content & Web Governance

  • Technical & Content SEO: Conduct deep keyword research and SEO audits to optimize website structure and content, ensuring Maybrands ranks for high-intent search terms.

  • Content Ecosystem: Develop and socialize high-value content, including customer case studies, blog posts, and video briefs, to build brand authority and support SEO goals.

  • Web Collaboration: Partner with web developers to implement UX/UI enhancements that improve site speed, navigation, and the overall path to purchase.

3. Analytics, Intelligence & Performance Tracking

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize Google Analytics and other BI tools to provide strategic recommendations and tactical pivots based on user behavior.

  • Benchmarking & Reporting: Measure and analyze the ROI of all initiatives (events, promotions, and affiliate programs), providing senior management with clear performance visibility.

  • Trend Analysis: Proactively investigate and recommend emerging technologies or marketing trends to keep Maybrands ahead of the competition.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience & Skills

  • Tenure: Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Management role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sector.

  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs), Email Service Providers (ESP), and CMS platforms.

  • Analytical Prowess: Ability to transform raw data into compelling narratives and growth strategies.

  • Leadership: Strong collaborative skills to work across creative and technical teams (Graphics, Web Dev, Sales).
