Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer with high-level Graphic Design skills to serve as the visual and strategic voice of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of our digital presence—from designing premium brand assets in Photoshop and Illustrator to architecting high-conversion ad campaigns on Meta and Google. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who understands how a compelling visual feeds into a successful SEO strategy and how data analytics should inform the next creative iteration. Requirements:
1. Visual Content Architecture & Design
Brand Asset Creation: Design visually stunning banners, flyers, and social media tiles using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva that align with our brand identity.
Multimedia Storytelling: Develop engaging video content and graphics that translate complex business goals into digestible, high-impact social media posts.
Aesthetic Consistency: Maintain a high standard of design across all web and mobile platforms to ensure a premium user experience.
2. Growth Marketing & Campaign Management
Omnichannel Strategy: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Social Media, Email, and Web platforms to drive brand awareness.
Paid Media Optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to maximize lead generation and minimize acquisition costs.
SEO & Discoverability: Implement basic SEO best practices to ensure our content ranks effectively and reaches the target audience organically.
3. Social Ecosystem & Performance Analytics
Community Management: Oversee the growth and engagement of all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn), fostering a loyal online community.
Content Planning: Develop and manage a 360-degree content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely trend integration.
Data Intelligence: Track KPIs and prepare performance reports that provide actionable insights for future marketing spend and creative direction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical & Creative Portfolio
Experience: Proven track record as a Digital Marketer, Content Creator, or Brand Designer.
Design Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or advanced Canva expertise.
Ad-Tech Knowledge: Practical experience running and optimizing Meta Business Suite and Google Ads campaigns.
Core Competencies
Strategic Mindset: A good understanding of social media algorithms, email marketing, and web analytics.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a sharp eye for copy and captioning.
